McIntosh Apple

An old and beloved heritage variety that has a beautiful dark red skin with a green blush and a lovely white flesh. The flesh has a fantastic crunch with the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Excellent for fresh eating or cooking and is renowned for applesauce. An all-around excellent apple. Ripens in late September.
