Gravenstein Apple

Historic heirloom apple that is dated back to the 17th century and possibly earlier.  This apple is known for its sweet, tart flavor and delicious crisp and juicy texture.  The apples can grow to weigh over 1lb! This apple has been used to make applesauce in my family  long before I was around to taste it. One of our most beloved apples. Ripens in Mid-Late summer.
