Brock Apple

Bred in 1934 at the University of Maine, a McIntosh x Golden Delicious cross. Large yellow fruit with a rusty-red blush and thin skin. Creamy white flesh with a slight grainy texture. Juicy and sweet, this apple is used for desserts, cooking, or eaten fresh. Great presentation when cut, as the flesh does not turn brown!
